卡套三通的装配方法：
卡套三通的性能好坏除了与零件的材料，制造精度，热处理等有关外，与装配质量的关系也很重要，因此应按如下方法进行装配。
1, 按需要长度在专用机床上切断管子，也可以手工锯切，切面与管子中心线垂直度不得大于管子外景公差之半。
2, 除去管端的内，外圆毛刺，金属屑及污垢。
3, 除去管接头各零件的防锈油及污垢。
4, 按顺序将落幕，卡套套在管子上，然后将管子插入接头体内锥孔底部，放正卡套。在旋紧螺母的同时转动管子直至不动为止，再旋紧螺母1~1 1/3圈。
5, 装配时也可采用机械预装，但要符合上述要求。
