      QT91F QL91F仪表卡套三通球阀工作原理:QT91F QL91F仪表卡套三通球阀换向球阀分L型和T型。L型适用于介质流向的切换,能使相互垂直的两个通道连通。T型三通球阀适用于介质的分流、合流或流向切换,T型孔道可以使三个通道互相连通或使其中两个通道连通,内螺纹三通球阀一般采用两个阀座结构,亦可根据用户要求采用四阀座结构。

仪表卡套三通球阀的核心部件为带通孔的球体,通过球体绕阀体中心线旋转90°实现不同通路的切换(如L型通路可实现两路介质的换向,T型通路可实现三路介质的汇流或分流),能精准控制仪表管路中流体的流向与通断。

Instrument compression fitting three-way ball valve is a three-way ball valve suitable for instrument pipeline systems. It adopts a compression fitting connection, featuring a compact structure, reliable sealing,  convenient operation,  is widely used in medium switching  control of precision instrument pipelines.

The core component of this ball valve is a sphere with a through hole. By rotating the sphere 90° around the center line of the valve body, it can switch between different paths (e.g., L-type path can realize the commutation of two mediums, while T-type path can realize the confluence  shunting of three mediums), enabling precise control of the flow direction  on-off of fluids in instrument pipelines.

It uses a compression fitting connection, which does  require welding  thread fastening. The pipeline can be sealed by inserting it into the compression fitting  tightening the nut, making installation  disassembly convenient while effectively ensuring the tightness of the connection. It is especially suitable for small-diameter (usually DN≤25) instrument pipelines. The valve body is mostly made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, adaptable to various clean mediums like water, gas,  light oil,  can work stably in normal to medium temperature environments.

In addition, this ball valve has small operating torque  can be opened/closed quickly, facilitating rapid pipeline switching. Its structural design meets the precision requirements of instrument pipelines, reducing the impact of fluid resistance on instrument measurement accuracy.
