钢瓶阀

钢瓶阀是安装在各类高压气体或液体钢瓶瓶口的专用阀门，主要用于控制钢瓶内介质的充装、排放及截止，保障钢瓶使用过程中的安全与便捷。

钢瓶阀结构紧凑，密封性能严格，阀芯与阀座的精密配合可有效防止介质泄漏，适配不同特性的介质（如氧气、氮气、液化气、腐蚀性气体等），因此阀体及密封件材质会根据介质特性选择，常见有黄铜、不锈钢、铝合金等。连接方式多为螺纹连接，与钢瓶瓶口的螺纹规格匹配（如W21.8×14、G5/8等）。

钢瓶阀通常设有安全装置（如易熔塞、爆破片），在超压时可自动泄压，避免钢瓶爆炸。广泛应用于工业气体、医用、食品、化工等领域，是钢瓶储存和使用的关键控制部件。

Cylinder valve is a special valve installed at the mouth of various high-pressure gas  liquid cylinders. It is mainly used to control the filling, discharge  shut-off of the medium in the cylinder, ensuring safety  convenience during the use of the cylinder.

It has a compact structure  strict sealing performance. The precise fit between the valve core  valve seat can effectively prevent medium leakage. It is suitable for media with different characteristics (such as oxygen, nitrogen, liquefied gas, corrosive gases, etc.). Therefore, the material of the valve body  sealing parts is selected according to the characteristics of the medium, with common ones including brass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. The connection method is mostly threaded, matching the thread specifications of the cylinder mouth (such as W21.8×14, G5/8, etc.).

Cylinder valves are usually equipped with safety devices (such as fusible plugs, rupture discs), which can automatically release pressure when overpressurized to avoid cylinder explosion. They are widely used in industrial gas, medical, food, chemical  other fields,  are key control components for cylinder storage  use.
