高压针型阀
高压针型阀- 基本结构:阀芯末端呈尖锥形,借由旋转阀杆来调控阀芯与阀座间的间隙,进而控制流量。高压环境下需严格密封,常配置高品质密封件及金属备份环等,部分阀杆顶部不旋转,以降低磨损 。
高压针型阀- 性能特点:能承受高压,像威卡 HPNV 型高压针型阀,公称压力可达 15,000 至 60,000 psi(103.4 至 413.6 MPa) 。密封性佳,泄漏测试常契合 BS6755/ISO 5208 泄漏率 A 级要求 。即便在高压下,也可凭借低扭矩平稳运转 。
高压针型阀- 连接方式:包含螺纹、法兰、卡套、对焊等,常见 NPT 或 BSP 外螺纹连接,适合小口径高压管路 。

High Pressure Needle Valve
High Pressure Needle Valve- Basic Structure: The end of the valve core is tapered. The gap between the valve core the valve seat is adjusted by rotating the valve stem to control the flow rate. Strict sealing is required under high-pressure conditions, high-quality seals metal backup rings are often equipped. The tip of some valve stems does rotate to reduce wear.
High Pressure Needle Valve- Performance Features: It can withstand high pressure. For example, WIKA HPNV type high-pressure needle valves have a nominal pressure ranging 15,000 to 60,000 psi (103.4 to 413.6 MPa). It has excellent sealing performance, the leakage test often meets the BS6755/ISO 5208 leakage rate Class A requirements. Even under high pressure, it can operate smoothly with low torque.
High Pressure Needle Valve- Connection Methods: Including thread, flange, ferrule, butt welding, etc. Common external thread connections are NPT BSP, which are suitable for small-diameter high-pressure pipelines.
