外螺纹焊接针型阀是一种兼具外螺纹连接和焊接接口的针型阀,主要用于高压、小流量管路系统中对流体进行精密调节与截断,适用于既需要部分可拆卸连接,又要求关键部位密封牢固的工况。
其结构特点是一端为外螺纹(如NPT、G等标准螺纹),可与带内螺纹的管道、仪表等灵活对接,便于安装和维护;另一端则采用焊接方式与管道连接,通过阀体与管道的直接熔接实现高强度、低泄漏的密封,适用于高压或振动较大的场景。阀芯为针状,与阀座精密配合,确保流量调节的精准性和截断时的严密性。
外螺纹焊接针型阀材质多选用不锈钢(如304、316)、碳钢等,适配水、油、气体及部分腐蚀性介质,工作压力通常可达32MPa,工作温度范围根据材质不同约为-40℃至540℃,广泛应用于石油化工、电力、液压系统等对连接稳定性和调节精度要求较高的领域。
The male thread welded needle valve is a type of needle valve with both male thread connection welded interface. It is mainly used for precise regulation shut-off of fluids in high-pressure, small-flow pipeline systems, suitable for working conditions that require partial detachable connection while demanding firm sealing at key parts.
Its structural feature is that one end is a male thread (such as NPT, G other standard threads), which can be flexibly connected to pipes, instruments, etc. with female threads, facilitating installation maintenance; the other end is connected to the pipeline by welding, achieving high-strength, low-leakage sealing through direct fusion between the valve body the pipeline, suitable for high-pressure high-vibration scenarios. The needle-shaped valve core fits precisely with the valve seat, ensuring the accuracy of flow regulation tightness during shut-off.
The valve body is mostly made of stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316), carbon steel, etc., suitable for water, oil, gas some corrosive media. The working pressure can usually reach 32MPa, the working temperature range is approximately -40℃ to 540℃ depending on the material. It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, hydraulic systems other fields with high requirements for connection reliability regulation accuracy.
