A Ferrule Check Valve is a miniature small check valve that utilizes a Bite-Type Ferrule Fitting for pipeline connection. Its core function is to allow fluid to flow in one direction automatically prevent reverse flow of media. It is particularly suitable for instrument measurement, hydraulic control, pneumatic systems, other oil, gas, water pipelines within small to medium pressure ranges.
The valve connects to the pipeline via its external threaded port compression nut. During installation, the pipeline is inserted into the valve body interface, the nut is tightened, forcing the ferrule (double single) to bite into the outer wall of the pipe while its rear end forms a seal with the conical surface of the valve body, achieving a secure grip reliable seal. This connection method requires no welding flaring, making installation simple. It is a solution for "hard tube" connections.
